Your pet is welcome, and you can take it with you on vacation without any worries. In order to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, the pet owner is obliged to comply with the following rules related to pets in the hotel.
Please note that not everyone is comfortable around animals, and we kindly ask that you respect this.
It is mandatory to announce the pet when booking, and a daily fee of 10.00 € EUR per pet is applied. A triple price per day is charged for an unregistered pet.
Bringing a pet on vacation implies that the pet is socialized, behaves well, and that the owner will bring all the necessary equipment.
1 pet (max 25kg) is allowed in the room and it is forbidden to stay on the bed and other furniture, it must not be in the room without supervision, and while outside the room it must be accompanied by the owner and on a leash. It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to cook meals for pets in the room.The owner undertakes to clean up after his pet and to ensure that the pet does not disturb other hotel guests. Likewise, the owner is obliged to ensure that the pet does not disturb the animals in the area. The owner undertakes to pay for all damage caused by his pet during the stay.
IMPORTANT! Daily cleaning of the room where the pet is staying is mandatory. While the room is being cleaned, the pet must not be left unattended in the room. The daily price per pet is 10.00 € EUR.
In case of violation of the mentioned rules, the management of Pansion Ana can cancel the guest's accommodation, charging the full amount of the reservation and charging the full amount of damages.
